The Alliance for the Golden Years stems fromthe Ravasi Garzanti Foundation’scommitment to building a new urban welfare system dedicated to longevity. It is a civic and generative pact that goes beyond a simple assistance program to transform vulnerability and needs into opportunities for community, solidarity, and social innovation.
There are times when daily life changes and can become more difficult to cope with—both for those directly experiencing these changes and for their caregivers.
The Mind and Body Service focuses on quality of life and a person’s physical, mental, emotional, and relational well-being, supporting older adults, caregivers, and families through age-related changes and helping them regain balance and well-being.
Caring also means taking a break, being listened to, and not feeling alone.
We offer support through:
To help you navigate the services and opportunities available in the local network.
Sessions with a psychologist to help you cope with difficult times and changes.
Tours in groups of 4 to 8 participants, to exchange ideas and share experiences.
In addition to these services, we offer activities that promote physical, mental, and social well-being, such as cognitive stimulation, pet therapy , and programs focused on relationships and social interaction.
You can visit the CuraMI & ProteggiMI service centers for a free initial consultation—a space where we listen to you, helping you understand your needs and work together to find the best solutions.
