Since 2019, the Alzheimer’s Project has supported more than 500 families, gradually building a more comprehensive and integrated support system capable of adapting to the progression of the disease and the needs of each individual.
For this reason, through the Alzheimer’s and Cognitive Decline Service , we provide ongoing support to help older adults, caregivers, and families from the very first signs, through tailored programs that combine emotional support and practical solutions.

We offer support through:
Support for caregivers and families on issues related to cognitive decline.
Planning and monitoring the course of treatment.
Assessment and individualized support for caregivers and family caregivers.
Clinical evaluations and cognitive stimulation, right in your own home.
Tools and information to manage the disease and support caregivers.
In addition to these programs, we also offer group activities such as Alzheimer’s Café and “Fragile Theater”; we assist in the search for trained family caregivers, while also providing consulting services
